the last few months i have been a little
anti-social.
why?
because other than work
i have been working out
losing weight
and
eating healthy
i go to the gym everyday
(except sundays)
i love it.

walking
stairmaster
weight lifting
I also dont really like eating out much
I much rather make my dinner
and
know what i am eating.
