lately i have been going to the gym everyday

(except sundays)

and i have a new found love for one machine.

the stationary rowing machine

it makes me want to go back east and actually get in a boat and row

(i blame it on Social Network, because i started after watching that movie)

back in the day i really did hate going to the gym

i enjoy going.
